Model is wearing a 3XL. She is a true XL with a 42DD bust. Size 16 or 34" waist and 5'9" for comparison. Size up 1 for sure, if you are between sizes, go up. If you are at 36+ band in bra size go up 2 sizes, trust me! Bigger upper arms, go up 2 sizes. Its really flowy through the bottom so might have to know or tuck or even would be perfect to wear with leggings.
