Model is wearing a XL and its a tad too small for her in the chest. She is a true XL/14 with a 42DD bust. Size 16 or 34" waist and 5'9" for comparison. Runs a little small in the chest otherwise it is true-to-size. She usually wears a 1X in dresses and would prefer a 1X but this style didn't come in that size. Chesty = go up if between sizes.
